1. Preparation:

1. Check before installation

The inspection before the integrated ceiling installation is very important, it determines the effect of your later installation.

Generally, it is necessary to check whether there are any leaks or cracks in the kitchen and bathroom space of the ceiling. Then determine the load-bearing capacity of the ceiling surface. If it does not meet the requirements, manual reinforcement is required. Finally, the height is determined. Generally, the height of the suspended ceiling should be 2.2~2.4m.

2. Tools

①Tape measure (length, height measurement), transparent water pipe (horizontal measurement), ink fountain (spring line)

②Equilateral right-angle triangle ruler (bevel cutting measurement), scissors (material trimming), cutting machine (cutting keel, trimming strip)

③Grinding machine (burr trimming), electric hammer (punching), pistol drill (keel punching), test pencil (testing electricity)

④Steel file (grinding the burr of the edge strip), wooden hammer (flat gusset), hammer (fixed by iron nail), wrench (fixed by screw)

⑤Steel pliers, saw bow, saw blade (cutting), wallpaper knife (dressing)


2. Draw a line to fix the height, install the edge strip

The installation of the edge trim is used to determine the height and level of the ceiling.

1. Installation steps:

Cut the edge strips according to the actual wall length, measure the 45° angle with an equilateral right triangle ruler on both ends, then use a steel saw blade to cut out the 45°, then use a steel file to grind the burrs. When fixing, the screw spacing should be 30~40cm.

2. Matters needing attention:

①The tile is attached to the top, it needs to use a transparent water pipe to take the height, and then use a 3cm thick wooden strip to fix it on the wall above the tile, and then level it according to the determined height.

②When installing, the cut corners must be aligned and there should be no gap between the cut corners.


Three: expansion pipe installation

The expansion tube is used to determine the stress point and play a bearing role.

1. Installation steps:

①Determine the size on the ceiling, drill holes and screw in the expansion pipe screw to ensure that the height of the interlayer between the bottom surface and the top surface is not less than 25cm.

②After taking 6 points on the ceiling, punch holes with an electric hammer and then drill holes at these 6 points to prepare for installation.

③Measure the distance between the top and the corner line, cut the screw 8-10cm shorter than the distance, and install an expansion screw at one end to fix it.

④After putting on the main keel hanger, knock the expansion screw and the screw into the hole, and then connect the large ceiling with the screw, and so on.

2. Matters needing attention:

The screw must be perpendicular to the ceiling and fixed firmly. Generally, only six screws are needed to ensure that the entire ceiling is firm.


4. Installation of main and auxiliary keel

The keel is the foundation for the gusset and electrical installation.

1. Installation steps:

①Clamp the main keel on the big hanging piece, and cut the main keel according to the size of the space.

②According to the number of main keels, set the triangular slings into the triceratops, and fix them on the main keel in turn, and ensure that the distance between the triceratops is 30cm before fixing.

③After inserting the connecting piece into the fixed triceratops, cut the required length and insert it into the other end of the connecting piece, and connect the triceratops.

2. Matters needing attention:

① After the main keel is inserted, check whether the main keel is parallel, and adjust it in time if it is not.

②The hanging parts of the triangle keel on the same main keel should be in opposite directions, so that the triangle keel will not swing back and forth when installing the gusset.

③Pay attention to adjusting the level of the keel. If you need to install a range hood in the kitchen, arrange the air outlet pipes in front of the gusset.

④When the connecting piece is connected to the triangle keel, it needs to be inserted and connected, otherwise it will cause a fall.

Five, install the gusset

1. Installation steps:

① Lift up the film on the four sides of the gusset for easy installation in the same direction as the arrow on the film.

②When cutting with a utility knife, try to ensure that the two sides are symmetrical and beautiful. The surrounding gussets should be 1mm smaller than the actual size.

Cutting method: Use a utility knife and a ruler to engrave more than 5 times. After cutting the 90° angle of the incision with scissors, fold it repeatedly for 3-5 times and get stuck in the triangle keel. The cut surface frame is then placed on the edge strip, and the corners of the edge strip are pulled out to clamp the gusset.

2. Matters needing attention:

When installing the gusset plate, it is recommended to wear gloves. When installing the gusset plate, try to be as close as possible. The four corners of the gusset plate are in a cross shape and the height of the gusset plate is consistent.


Six, install electrical appliances

When installing electrical appliances, be sure to set aside the required height of the electrical appliances, and determine the installation location of the host according to the design drawings.

1. Installation steps:

① Align the circlip with the round hole on the electrical box, insert it with a machine screw and lock it tightly.

②Put the box with the circlips on the keel, and the opening slots of the four circlips must be aligned with the triangle keel and pressed down in sequence.

③Open the junction box and connect according to the corresponding function according to the wiring label. L is the function line, N is the neutral line, and the two-color line is the grounding line. Install the switch and perform the power-on test.


Seven, acceptance inspection

1. Check whether the angle line is installed horizontally, so that there is no gap between 90 degrees and no obvious distortion.

2. Check whether the strength and spacing of the screw rod are qualified. You can pull the screw rod several times to confirm whether it is loose.

3. Check the firmness of the electrical installation, and just push the body by hand.

4. Test whether the electrical function is normal.
